Completed beauty, skincare, waxing, massage, nail, brow, lash, and makeup services are generally non-refundable. If you have any concerns about a service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.

Appointments cancelled late or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. Clients arriving late may receive a shortened service or may need to reschedule.

Deposits and prepaid appointments may be non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

Packages and promotional offers are generally non-refundable once partially used.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used retail products cannot usually be returned. Unopened products may be considered for return with proof of purchase.

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method.
